As a designer, you make everything look Clearly: socials, carousels, emails, flyers, visuals, packaging — everything. It often feels like a puzzle: how do we make this even clearer? More logical? More Clearly?
You work in Figma. Build components. Think in systems. And make sure what we say also feels that way visually. Sometimes you’ll get a video, and you turn it into a carousel. Sometimes you get an idea, and you build the visual story.
You work independently, switch easily, and love clarity. Being interested in health helps — it makes your work more fun and better.
We work fast, give honest feedback, and expect the same from you. Because at Clearly, you don’t just design to make it pretty — you design to make it clear. How something looks determines if people understand it, feel it, trust it… and if it’s Clearly.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just do customer service—but improves it. Someone who doesn’t wait for tickets to come in, but fixes the process before things go wrong.
You’ll be responsible for handling customer questions, spotting issues, improving templates & flows—and building a service culture that feels like 11/10. Warm, fast, clear.
You’ll work closely with our current service team, speak to customers and colleagues, share insights, and make sure our customer journey feels like Clearly: human, smooth, top-quality.
