Orders, shipping and returns
Log in to your account for the status and the track & trace link. We also email the link the moment your order ships. Nothing received? Check your spam folder or send us a message.
Orders placed before 22:00 ship the same day from the Netherlands (before 23:59 for the Netherlands). Delivery usually takes one to five working days depending on the country; the shipping page lists the times per country.
Above a minimum order amount, which depends on your country. The cart shows how far you are from free shipping.
It happens: sometimes the carrier scans the parcel at the depot and delivers it a day or two later. Still nothing by the end of the week? Email contact@clearly.eu and we sort it out.
If it has not shipped yet, email contact@clearly.eu right away and we cancel or change it. Already shipped? The track & trace link often lets you change the delivery address or day.

Yes. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days, and on selected products our 30-Day Guarantee Risk-Free applies even after opening. The conditions and how to start a return are on the return policy page.

Final production always takes place in the Netherlands, so we stay in control of quality and safety. Ingredients come straight from the origin, from specialists who are the best at what they do.
Every ingredient is lab-tested for heavy metals, microbiology and other contaminants, and comes from trusted suppliers who meet European safety standards.
Because the inside counts: you see exactly what you get, no flashy design or misleading labels. The pouch is one type of plastic (mono-material), which makes it fully recyclable.
