What's in a scoop
One scoop (30 g) of Natural is 29.9 g of whey protein concentrate and lactase: 23.7 g of protein, 115 kcal, 1.7 g of sugar (the lactose that is naturally in whey). Whey holds all nine essential amino acids and is high in leucine. The flavoured versions add a natural aroma or cacao, xanthan gum for body and Reb M from the stevia leaf for a light sweetness; they land at 22 to 23 g of protein.

The whey comes from European dairy farms where the cows graze outdoors as much as possible on a grass-based diet. The milk is processed fresh from the farms' own cheese production, and the whey is concentrated by cold microfiltration instead of high heat, which keeps the proteins intact. Sunflower lecithin, soy-free and non-GMO, keeps the shake from foaming. Contains milk.

Ik ben echt ontzettend tevreden over de grass fed whey van Clearly. De textuur is geweldig: lekker romig en totaal geen klonten, zeker in combinatie met de shaker van Clearly werkt het perfect. De vanillesmaak is echt mijn favoriet – heerlijk van smaak en het helpt goed om mijn trek te stillen. Ik merk dat het mij een verzadigd gevoel geeft, waardoor ik makkelijker aan mijn dagelijkse eiwitinname kom. Na een maand gebruik zie ik duidelijk verschil in mijn spieropbouw en afvalproces, wat me extra motiveert om door te gaan. Inmiddels heb ik alweer een nieuwe bestelling geplaatst en ben ik ook erg benieuwd naar de chocoladesmaak!

Aanrader deze Clearly grass-fed whey. Je ziet en proeft gelijk dat het pure whey is. Goede textuur, goede smaak, goede kwaliteit. Ik bestel deze whey al heel lang. Altijd dezelfde samenstelling. Altijd snel geleverd. Echt een heel goed product voor een eerlijke prijs. Wij nemen thuis best vaak whey proteïne. Door havermout, rijstebloem of door de yoghurt of kwark. Meerdere scheppen per dag, dan wil je wel kwaliteit binnen krijgen zonder toevoegingen etc. Daarom kies ik voor Clearly 💪🏻
