Wir haben vier Varianten entwickelt:

Unser Protein Eiskaffee kombiniert 100 % kolumbianischen arabica Kaffee mit grasgefüttertem Whey aus Neuseeland. Der Kaffee wird gefriergetrocknet, um das Aroma zu bewahren, und das Whey stammt von Kühen, die mindestens 350 Tage im Jahr auf der Weide stehen. Eine reine Alternative mit 21g Protein und 35–45mg Koffein.

Jede Portion enthält 35–45 mg Koffein, abhängig von der Variante. Das ist etwa die Hälfte einer normalen Tasse Kaffee. Für Decaf verwenden wir die gleichen kolumbianischen arabica Bohnen, die aber nahezu vollständig entkoffeiniert sind.

Wir verwenden ausschließlich 100 % kolumbianischen arabica Kaffee. Die Bohnen werden sorgfältig ausgewählt und gefriergetrocknet, um ihren vollen Geschmack und ihr Aroma zu bewahren. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Protein-Kaffees, die Standard-Instantkaffee oder Aromen verwenden, bekommst du bei uns echten Kaffee in jedem Scoop.

Gefriergetrocknet ist die reinste Methode, um Kaffee zu konservieren. Anstatt hohe Temperaturen zu verwenden, wird das Wasser vorsichtig entfernt, während der Geschmack und das Aroma erhalten bleiben. Das Ergebnis: Ein viel reichhaltigerer, weicherer Kaffeegeschmack als bei Standard-Instantkaffee, ohne verbrannte oder bittere Töne.

Die meisten Whey-Produkte stammen von Kühen, die den Großteil ihres Lebens drinnen stehen und mit Getreide gefüttert werden. Unser Whey kommt aus Neuseeland, wo die Kühe mindestens 350 Tage im Jahr auf der Weide grasen und eine Diät von mindestens 96 % Gras erhalten. Diese Art der Landwirtschaft sorgt nicht nur für ein reineres, proteinreicheres Produkt, sondern auch für ein viel besseres Tierwohl.

Lactase ist ein Enzym, das Laktose, den natürlichen Zucker in Milch, in einfachere Zucker aufspaltet. Manche Menschen produzieren nicht genug Lactase, oft ohne es zu wissen, was es ihnen erschwert, Milchprodukte zu verdauen.
