Du kannst Matcha auf verschiedene Arten zubereiten:

🍵 Zeremonieller Matcha

Erwärme deinen Bambusbesen (Chasen) in einer Schale mit heißem Wasser.
Siebe 2 g Matcha (1 Stick) in eine trockene Schale (Chawan).
Füge 60 ml Wasser mit ca. 80–90 °C hinzu (nicht kochend).
Schlage den Matcha mit dem Chasen in einer M- oder Z-Bewegung, bis sich eine feine Schaumschicht bildet.

⚡ Schnell & einfach

Gib 2 g Matcha (1 Stick) in einen Shaker oder ein Glas.
Füge 60 ml (oder nach Geschmack mehr) warmes Wasser (80–90 °C) hinzu.
Schütteln oder umrühren, bis sich alles vollständig aufgelöst hat.

🥛 Matcha Latte

Bereite den Matcha nach einer der obigen Methoden zu.
Gieße warme Milch oder pflanzliche Milch (z. B. Hafermilch) in ein Glas.
Füge den vorbereiteten Matcha hinzu.
Für einen Iced Latte: Eiswürfel ins Glas geben, bevor Milch und Matcha dazukommen.
