Von allen Aminosäuren ist Glutamin am stärksten im Blut vertreten. Du findest sie auch in deinen Muskeln, im Darm und sogar in den Immunzellen. Der Körper nutzt Glutamin an vielen Stellen gleichzeitig, wodurch der Bedarf manchmal höher sein kann als die eigene Produktion.
